The lights of Las Vegas had barely dimmed after the grand finale of the Ms. USA Universe Petite 2025 competition when a radiant, determined woman stood center stage—her crown glimmering, but her vision shining even brighter. That woman was Adriana Pushchak, and according to her, this achievement marks the beginning of a much broader journey.
For Adriana, the crown isn’t a destination—it’s a launchpad. With poise, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose, she’s preparing to expand her message across borders. “I believe the crown is not the goal,” she says with her signature warmth. “It’s a tool. And through it, I hope to encourage and uplift others.”
A Mission Beyond Borders
Born with a quiet fire and raised with values centered around resilience and kindness, Adriana’s mission is simple yet ambitious: to inspire girls around the world to be confident, courageous, and heard. “Too many young women are taught to shrink themselves—to make others comfortable,” she says. “But we weren’t born to be invisible. We each have the potential to lead, to shine, and to speak up.”
Adriana is using her platform to engage with girls and women around the world—from small towns to global cities—sharing messages of encouragement and empowerment. Through social media, school visits, virtual events, and upcoming international initiatives, she’s building a community grounded in inclusivity and shared growth.
Global Projects and Collaborative Partnerships
Adriana’s focus extends well beyond the U.S. She is currently exploring opportunities to contribute to international humanitarian initiatives focused on education, health, and female leadership. From youth empowerment programs in Eastern Europe to local development efforts in parts of South America, she envisions her role as more than a title—it’s a platform for impact.
One of her anticipated projects involves a potential partnership with a nonprofit that develops leadership academies for girls in underserved areas. “Education changed my life,” she shares. “And I want every girl—regardless of where she’s born—to have access to knowledge and the confidence to dream.”
She is also exploring collaborations with brands that share her values: celebrating women, promoting sustainability, and giving back. Initial conversations are in progress with fashion houses in Paris, wellness-focused platforms in Tokyo, and youth mentorship initiatives across Africa.
“I only partner with brands that see women as more than a market,” Adriana notes. “If we’re going to work together, there needs to be alignment on purpose, not just promotion.”

A Voice for the Youth
Adriana’s efforts extend beyond stages and red carpets. She has launched a mentorship program for teenage girls, focusing on self-esteem, leadership development, and emotional resilience. The initiative, titled Shine Anyway, guides young women in navigating peer pressure, embracing their stories, and recognizing their strengths.
As a mother herself, Adriana says her passion for this work is personal. “My daughter watches everything I do,” she shares. “And I want her to grow up in a world where women are not just allowed to lead but feel supported in doing so.”
Redefining What It Means to Wear a Crown
In a culture often captivated by appearances, Adriana aims to shift the narrative. For her, the crown is not a symbol of perfection—it’s a reminder of responsibility and potential. “It’s not about being better than others,” she says. “It’s about using your platform to elevate others whenever you can.”
“There’s something powerful about watching someone realize their own worth,” Adriana reflects. “When she starts walking taller, speaking more confidently, and learning to prioritize herself in a healthy way—that’s where change begins.”
Her energy is sincere and grounded. She’s the kind of person who brings intention into every space she enters. But what stands out is her willingness to share her voice—not as a command, but as an invitation for others to rise.

Looking Ahead
The road ahead for Adriana Pushchak includes plans for empowerment-themed speaking tours in Europe and Asia, the launch of a podcast centered on confidence and self-worth, and early development on a docuseries featuring young women making a difference in their communities.
Despite her growing platform, Adriana remains grounded by gratitude and guided by intention. “This has always been bigger than me,” she says. “And it always will be.”
She believes meaningful change begins at the individual level—with small acts of courage and honest conversations. Through her work, she hopes to encourage a growing global network of women who lead with empathy, stand tall in their truth, and support one another along the way.
As Adriana prepares to expand her mission, one thing is clear: she isn’t just wearing a crown—she’s embracing a purpose.
And the world may well be ready for what comes next.
