As the CEO of HAG-Helpppp Agency Group.and Executive Producer and creator of the iconic All-Star Gospel Celebration (ASGC) now in its 17th year, Holyfield’s unwavering commitment to empowering women and driving positive change has left an indelible mark on several industries.

Under Tomeka’s visionary guidance, the event has grown into a celebrated annual gathering that captivates audiences and inspires change. With each passing year, this milestone anniversary serves as a testament to Tomeka’s unwavering dedication and the event’s enduring impact.

As a successful CEO, she has navigated the complexities of the business landscape with finesse, establishing herself as a trailblazer in her field. Through her leadership, she has created a dynamic and inclusive organizational culture that fosters innovation and empowers her team to reach new heights.

In 1997, Holyfield founded The HELPPPPing Hands Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization that provides resources and support to women and children in need. For more than 25 years, she has rolled up her sleeves to do the WORK!

In 2001, she moved to Atlanta and became the executive director of the Evander Holyfield Foundation. In this role, she worked to empower women and children through education and mentorship programs.

In 2006, she also launched The Helpppp Agency/HelppppMEDIA, a production company and strategic branding and public relations agency. The company has produced some of the most iconic platforms during major sporting events and cultural moments, such as NBA All-Star Weekend, Grammy Week, Oscar Week, MLB All-Star Week, and MLS All-Star Week.

In 2016, Holyfield expanded her business interests by founding Helpppp Agency Business Solutions, a solutions service and government contracting company.

In 2017, she created HAG- Helpppp Agency Group to combine and house all of her companies under one umbrella. Now, a multi-million dollar empire!

She is also a dynamic speaker. Her popular uCAN uWILL uMUST motivational series is in high demand where she travels the world motivating individuals to take their lives back.

Beyond her role as CEO, her passion for supporting women has been a driving force in her career. Recognizing the need for women’s empowerment, she has utilized her platform, All-Star Gospel Celebration, an event that stands out in a male-dominated field, to raise awareness and effect meaningful change. 

Through strategic partnerships and initiatives, Tomeka has championed causes that empower women, shatter glass ceilings, and promote diversity and inclusion. 

The 17th anniversary of ASGC served as a milestone achievement, a testament to her unwavering faith and the event’s lasting impact. Through her tireless planning and strategic choices, Tomeka has transformed ASGC into an immersive experience that celebrates achievements, fosters connections, and inspires attendees from all walks of life. 

Tomeka expressed how incredibly humbled and proud she is with the significant milestone where she has witnessed countless stories of triumph, resilience, and empowerment—a testament to the strength and determination of believers everywhere—and how she will continue to provide a platform that amplifies their voices and reminds attendees to be encouraged.  

As ASGC completed its 17th year attendees were treated to an unforgettable experience, replete with inspiring award-recipient speeches and captivating performances. 

In a heartfelt acceptance speech, attendees saw Mike Epps in a different light. “God is using me and my wife as vessels for the community and for other young people in the world as an example.” He credited his wife for making him a better person and explained that he’s always had faith in God. “I don’t like to prove to people that I’m in tune with God…I talk to God in my time and I thank Him for holding me down though my journey.” His thought-provoking comment at the end of his acceptance speech left the audience applauding, “…Stay imperfect. Stay under construction, and give God room to keep working on you.”

The Epps’ were recognized for their efforts in effecting change and improving their communities. They have purchased several homes on Mike’s childhood block in Indianapolis, and continue to revitalize the struggling neighborhood and bring back the charm, community, and character that Mike valued growing up.   

As for the performances, the line-up of incredible artists included Grammy award-winning artist Dante Bowe, Dove-nominated artist Kelontae Gavin, Billboard Music Award artist Koryn Hawthorne, and Stellar Award-winning artist gospel saxophonist Angella Christie.

Holyfield’s commitment to excellence ensures that each year surpasses the last, making it a must-attend event for industry leaders, influencers, and changemakers alike.
