Manna Kadar is the founder and CEO of Manna Kadar Cosmetics, a cruelty-free brand dedicated to modern-day women. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Manna has developed a reputation for creating high-quality products for busy women. As a glamorous mom of two who runs a successful company, she knows the demands of modern life firsthand. Her brand has since grown into a widely recognized name, including partnerships with various retailers such as Bloomingdales, Ulta Beauty, and Macy’s.
Manna’s journey began at age 16 when she purchased her first cosmetics store. By 18, she was studying Finance and Distribution Management at USC. Within six years, she expanded her cosmetics chain to seven stores. Despite a successful stint in corporate banking, Manna’s entrepreneurial spirit led her back to the beauty industry, where she established Manna Kadar Cosmetics. Her journey includes transforming tanning salon lobbies into beauty bars, which led to the creation of her original cosmetics line.
Today, Manna Kadar Cosmetics has over 600 SKUs in 40,000 stores nationwide, all achieved without outside investment. Her best-selling products, such as the Flawless Finish Dual Powder and Sea Minerals Face Mists, exemplify her commitment to real-world beauty solutions for busy women. Her signature three-step Beauty Simplified System helps simplify the process. The Sea Minerals Face Mists and Lippie Love Lip Scrub have won the New Beauty Award several years in a row.
Kadar is a superwoman who manages a successful national business while juggling her roles as a devoted mother of two and wife to Sorab, a fellow entrepreneur, all while actively supporting charitable causes. As a dedicated philanthropist, she serves as a board member for Miracles for Kids and co-founded 360° Miracle, demonstrating her strong commitment to giving back. Her ability to juggle these responsibilities and inspire future women leaders through events like Women in Business at USC’s Marshall School of Business underscores her resilience. Manna’s achievements include receiving the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2020 and being recognized as one of the Orange County Business Journal’s ‘2021’s Top 50 Most Influential People.’
