Katie Augustine has long been an advocate for planetary consciousness. Roots of a Global Advocate
Augustine’s journey toward planetary advocacy began decades ago. As a college freshman, she attended an environmental workshop that included listening to the legendary Chief Seattle letter. It was a moment she describes as “life-altering.” Later, during her legal career, she balanced corporate responsibilities with a growing call toward activism, spiritual study, and cross-cultural learning.
Her spiritual path led her to the Center for Sacred Studies, where she studied with The International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers, and later to pilgrimages in France, Mexico, Israel, Egypt, and Bali through Ubiquity University and the Brave Thinking® Institute. Each immersion reinforced the truth that planetary well-being and human well-being are inseparable, regardless of country or culture.
These lived experiences inform her consulting today. She has participated in situations from tense board discussions on regulatory risk and fair banking, to ministry circles on earth wisdom and collective vision. As Augustine states, “You learn a lot about what truly matters from a diverse background. Whether I was working with bankers, coaches, or environmental advocates, I’ve found that most people share some of the same core aspirations, such as clean air, safe water, and a thriving planet for future generations.

Through ECS Evolve, she now channels her experiences and learnings into nonprofits that are tackling some of the most urgent issues of our time.
