“This wasn’t about protecting dealership profits—it was about protecting the millions of consumers who rely on F&I products to safeguard their investments,” Marburger said. “If we allow unchecked regulation to limit these protections, we’re putting car buyers at unnecessary risk. That’s not acceptable.”
